UERGENT need flat mate or couple to move in bettween now and Dec in BIBARINGA, South Australia for sale

Hey Im a 30 year old women who has a dog and a cat so need pet friendly house mate or couple, I smoke cigerettes but only out side so smokers more then welcome. I live around a 15-20min walk from main street of Gawler. im a quiet person that likes to keep to myself but am also a bubble person at times. Rent will be $125 a week or $62.50 ea for a couple and all bills will be split bettween all flat mates. Food shopping and cooking will be done indervisually. Not wanting any loud party animals or people on drugs to move in. wanting a police check and $250 deposit bond.
